Digital Hive Software, Inc. ("Digital Hive", "we", "our", and "us") is committed to safeguarding the privacy of information entrusted to us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, retain, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information about you when you use our websites ("Sites") and services ("Services"), in accordance with applicable law. Digital Hive is the data controller and responsible for deciding how we use and hold your personal information.

When you use our Sites or Services, we may collect information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked to you or another identifiable person or household ("Personal Information"), including:

Personal Details and Contact Information: Name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone and fax details, signature.
Professional Affiliations: Business name, professional title, industry, business address.
Financial Information: Payment card number and details, bank account number and details.
Technical Data: Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, operating system, other device information, webpages you visit and links/features you interact with.
Operational Data: Transaction amount and details, supplier information, credentials to online services and platforms.
Any further information required for credit verification, compliance/ethics checks, or customer due diligence.

04 To Whom We Disclose Your Personal Information

We may disclose your Personal Information to certain third parties, including:

Service providers who fulfill certain necessary functions for our business (e.g., website hosting, data analysis, payment processing, information technology and related infrastructure provision, customer service, email delivery, auditing, HR services & payroll).
Business partners who work with or on behalf of Digital Hive to help communicate with you about offers from Digital Hive and our affiliates. These partners are bound by confidentiality agreements and prohibited from further disclosing your Personal Information.
Law enforcement or governmental authorities as necessary to comply with our legal obligations; respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process; establish or exercise our legal rights; defend against legal claims; and protect our rights, privacy, safety, and property.

We do not rent, sell, trade, or disclose your Personal Information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

05 Cookies

We use first-party and third-party cookies, web beacons, and other similar tracking tools on our Sites. Cookies are short strings of text sent between a web server and browser whenever an individual accesses a website. They typically contain information like the cookie name, a unique identification number, an expiration date, and domain name information.

Cookies can be "session cookies" - which generally last for only one visit and are automatically deleted - or "persistent cookies," which last for multiple visits. If you do not grant consent for a category, the associated tag is not loaded and no data is sent to that provider.

06 Security Measures

Digital Hive has implemented administrative, physical, and technical security processes to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. That said, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please immediately notify us in accordance with the "Contact Information" section below.

07 Data Retention

We will not retain your Personal Information for longer than is necessary and permitted in light of the purpose(s) for which it was collected. The criteria used to determine our retention periods include: (i) the length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you; (ii) whether there is a legal obligation to which we are subject; or (iii) whether retention is advisable in light of our legal position (such as in regard to applicable statutes of limitations, litigation, or regulatory investigations).

08 Change of Purpose

We will only use your Personal Information for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. If we need to use your Personal Information for a new purpose not yet disclosed here, we will notify you of this new purpose; explain the legal basis which allows us to process in the new manner; and, to the extent required by applicable law, seek your consent.

09 Communication Preferences

We may send you certain communications relating to the Service, such as service announcements, administrative messages, and the Digital Hive Newsletter. If you do not want to receive these communications, you can opt out by clicking the Unsubscribe link in any email or by updating your communication preferences in My Account Information.

10 Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state or country of residence, you may be entitled to certain privacy rights with respect to your Personal Information, including but not limited to:

11 Jurisdiction and Cross-Border Transfer

Your Personal Information may be collected or processed by, and transferred to, Digital Hive facilities in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and other countries where Digital Hive does business. Your Personal Information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or in which we engage service providers. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of your Personal Information to countries outside of your country of residence, including the United States, which may have data protection rules that are different from those of your country.

We may provide links to third-party sites or applications. Since we do not control these third-party websites or applications, this Privacy Policy does not apply to their data collection, use, disclosure, or security policies or practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies posted on all third-party websites and applications you visit.

Digital Hive is not responsible for the data collection, use, disclosure, or security policies or practices of other organizations, app providers, social media platform providers, operating system providers, wireless service providers, or device manufacturers.

13 Modifications to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change, modify, or update this Privacy Policy at any time for any reason. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Privacy Policy was last revised. Changes become effective on that date, and your continued use of the Sites or Services after this date indicates your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
