Digital Hive Software, Inc. ("Digital Hive", "we", "our", and "us") is committed to safeguarding the privacy of information entrusted to us. Digital Hive is the data controller and responsible for deciding how we use and hold your personal information.

03 Legal Basis for Processing

04 To Whom We Disclose Your Personal Information

Digital Hive will notify you before your Personal Information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We do not rent, sell, trade, or disclose your Personal Information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
06 Security Measures
Digital Hive has implemented administrative, physical, and technical security processes to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. That said, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please immediately notify us in accordance with the "Contact Information" section below.
07 Data Retention
We will not retain your Personal Information for longer than is necessary and permitted in light of the purpose(s) for which it was collected. If we need to use your Personal Information for a new purpose not yet disclosed here, we will notify you of this new purpose; explain the legal basis which allows us to process in the new manner; and, to the extent required by applicable law, seek your consent.
09 Communication Preferences
We may send you certain communications relating to the Service, such as service announcements, administrative messages, and the Digital Hive Newsletter. If you do not want to receive these communications, you can opt out by clicking the Unsubscribe link in any email or by updating your communication preferences in My Account Information.
10 Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state or country of residence, you may be entitled to certain privacy rights with respect to your Personal Information, including but not limited to:

For your protection, we may only facilitate requests on Personal Information associated with the email address used to submit the request. We may also require additional information to verify your identity. We may decline requests where the right does not apply, or where the request is frivolous, burdensome, or risks the privacy of others. 11 Jurisdiction and Cross-Border Transfer
Your Personal Information may be collected or processed by, and transferred to, Digital Hive facilities in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and other countries where Digital Hive does business. Your Personal Information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or in which we engage service providers. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of your Personal Information to countries outside of your country of residence, including the United States, which may have data protection rules that are different from those of your country.

We may provide links to third-party sites or applications. Since we do not control these third-party websites or applications, this Privacy Policy does not apply to their data collection, use, disclosure, or security policies or practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies posted on all third-party websites and applications you visit.
Digital Hive is not responsible for the data collection, use, disclosure, or security policies or practices of other organizations, app providers, social media platform providers, operating system providers, wireless service providers, or device manufacturers.
13 Modifications to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to change, modify, or update this Privacy Policy at any time for any reason. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Privacy Policy was last revised. Changes become effective on that date, and your continued use of the Sites or Services after this date indicates your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
