No - and here’s the honest reason. Digital Hive connects to your actual BI environment. A sandbox trial tells you nothing meaningful about what the platform will do for your specific setup. Our solution demo is more useful: it runs live against multiple BI, AI, and content platforms so you can see exactly what a deployment in your environment looks like
Do admins or executives cost more than standard users?
No. One flat rate per active user. No role tiers, no administrator markup, no internal-versus-external splits. A user is a user. Pricing is predictable
Does my deployment option affect pricing?
Deployment type - on-premises, private cloud or public cloud - does not change the per-user rate
What does implementation involve?
Most implementations are live within weeks, not months. Your existing BI tools stay in place - the implementation is platform installation, connector configuration and hive design, not tool migration. Implementation services are scoped per project and can be delivered by Digital Hive or a certified partner
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
There are no surprise add-ons in a Digital Hive proposal. Implementation services, when scoped, are clearly itemized
